NOVELTY - Urea and graphene containing product, comprises 95-99 pts. wt. urea, 0.01-0.05 pt. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. water, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. dispersing agent and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. emulsifier. The dispersing agent is chosen from one of sodium hexametaphosphate, sodium pyrophosphate, sodium lauryl sulfate, methylpentanol, cellulose, polyacrylamide, guar gum and polyethylene glycol fatty acid. The emulsifier is chosen from one of polyacrylamide, xanthan gum, lignin, carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinyl alcohol and dodecanol. USE - As urea and graphene containing product. ADVANTAGE - The urea and graphene containing product provides a variety of nutrients for the growth of crops, increases the utilization of nitrogen, enhances the chlorophyll absorption of crops, and promotes rapid growth of crops. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) device, comprising urea production system is connected to the two-stage evaporation heater by a section of the evaporation reactor through a U-bend, two-stage evaporation heater is connected to the granulation nozzle at the top of the granulation tower through a two-stage evaporation reactor and a urea melt pump, the bottom of the granulation tower is connected to the packing system through a material conveying device, and a tee is arranged on the U-bend, the third end of the tee is connected to the discharge port of the suspension tank through a metering pump, and a stirring motor is arranged on the top of the suspension tank, the stirring motor is connected to the stirring blade inside the suspension tank through a stirring shaft, side of the suspension tank is provided with a dispersant feed port, emulsifier feed port, water inlet and graphene feed port, the emulsifier feed port is connected to the emulsifier storage tank through the first valve and the dispersant feed port is connected to the dispersant storage tank through the second valve, the water inlet is connected to the water storage tank through a third valve, and the graphene feed port is connected to the graphene storage tank through a fourth valve; and (2) method for producing urea and graphene containing product, involves (a) suspending emulsifier in the emulsifier storage tank, the dispersant in the dispersant storage tank, the water in the water storage tank, and graphene in the graphene storage tank respectively into suspension tank, (b) turning on the stirring motor, stirring the stirring blade in the suspension tank, and stirring the content for 5-10 minutes until the various raw materials become a uniform suspension to prepare graphene suspension, (c) turning on the metering pump, and let the graphene suspension in the suspension tank be quantitatively entered into the U-bend through the discharge port of the suspension tank, the graphene suspension entering the U-bend is mixed with the urea from the molten state in the evaporative reactor and then enters the second-stage evaporation heater and after heating, to the second-stage evaporation reactor 16 for secondary evaporation, removing the water in the graphene suspension, it enters the granulation nozzle through the urea melt pump, and granulates in the granulation tower and (d) packing condensed pt. wt. icles after granulation is packed in the packaging system through the material conveying device, and then sold out, the material conveying device may be one of a pipeline conveying device or a belt conveying device.
