NOVELTY - The smart street lamp has a cylinder (8) whose side is provided with a movable groove that is adapted to a driving rib (13). A control box (6) for controlling the shielding mechanism is bolted to the left side of a lamp post main frame (1). A rest mechanism is provided on the left side of the lamp post main frame. A retraction hole is opened at the bottom left side of the lamp post main frame. A steel cylinder is welded on the right side of the inner wall of the retraction hole. The inner cavity of the steel cylinder is welded with a vertical compression spring. A movable block is welded on the bottom of the compression spring. The front side of the movable block is rotatably connected with a telescopic rod through a rotating shaft. The inner cavity of the retraction hole is transversely provided with a rest seat (21) through a rotating shaft. The inner wall of the rest seat is rotatably connected with the telescopic rod. USE - Smart street lamp using graphene for dissipating heat. ADVANTAGE - The graphene sheet spills into the outside air in the form of heat radiation to enhance the heat dissipation effect. The connection area is increased, and the second arc greatly increases the area outside the graphene sheet. The heat dissipation effect is improved.
