NOVELTY - Preparation of high-quality graphene involves embedding the graphene oxide inclusions in an expanded graphite sheet to obtain a graphene oxide/expanded graphite mixture, heat-treating the obtained graphene oxide/expanded graphite mixture, peeling off the auxiliary expanded graphite by utilizing the reaction force at the time of high temperature expansion and reduction of graphene oxide. USE - Preparation of high-quality graphene used in preparation of graphene film used for vacuum filtration or pressure filtration (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables the preparation of high-quality fluffy graphene which has less defects, less impurities, and high purity, while controlling the number of layers of graphene during expansion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene powder which is used for preparation of graphene film by uniformly dispersing graphene powder in a dispersing agent to form graphene dispersion, forming a thin film, filtering, drying, peeling the filter paper, rolling and graphitizing.
