NOVELTY - Preparing flexible composite material involves coating the heat storage glue or the heat insulation glue on the protective film, drying the protective film by an oven, compounding the heat dissipation layer, and curing to obtain protective film layer, heat storage layer or composition of the heat insulation layer and heat dissipation layer. The bubbles are removed from the heat-conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive, then the heat-conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated on a release film layer, and the heat-conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive is dried through an oven to obtain release film layer with heat-conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The heat-conducting pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the release film layer is compounded with the heat dissipation layer to obtain flexible composite material. USE - Method for preparing flexible composite material for Mini light emotting diode (LED). ADVANTAGE - The flexible composite material has total thickness of 200-800 mum, thickness of thermal conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is 50-250 mum, and heat dissipation layer is a copper foil with a thickness of 3-12 mum or heat dissipation polymeric film with thickness of 10-150 mum, heat insulation layer has thickness of 80-250 mum, and thickness of the heat storage layer is 80-250 mum. The flexible composite material improves the heat dissipation effect of a heat source, reduces temperature of a product on a screen required by product and prevents the product from being damaged.
