NOVELTY - Preparing graphene comprises taking graphite powder, placing the graphite powder into the high temperature heating box, naturally cooling to room temperature, then adding graphite powder into chlorosulfonic acid, continuously stirring to obtain mixed material, and inserting layer, peeling, ultrasonically treating, separating the processed graphite powder chlorosulfonic acid, re-treating the graphite powder chlorosulfonic acid and adding into release agent, mixing uniformly and placing the mixed substance into the vibrating ball mill. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, the cost is less, provides large scale production of high quality graphene; the obtained graphene can be adopted for power battery, super capacitor, conductive coating, catalyst and other fields and has good technical results. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene comprises (i) taking graphite powder, placing the graphite powder into the high temperature heating box, naturally cooling to room temperature, then adding graphite powder into chlorosulfonic acid, continuously stirring to obtain mixed material, and inserting layer, peeling assisted by ultrasonic, ultrasonically treating for 0.2-2 hours, separating the processed graphite powder chlorosulfonic acid, where the volume ratio of chlorosulfonic acid and graphite powder is 2-60:1, (ii) re-treating the graphite powder chlorosulfonic acid and adding into the stripping agent, mixing uniformly, where the volume ratio of the graphite powder release agent after processing and chlorosulfonic acid is 0.2-1:1, (iii) placing the mixed substance into the vibrating ball mill, completely peeling off to obtain graphene of high quality, where the vibration mill vibration frequency is 2000-5000 times/minute and vibration exciter is 15/206/23, and ball milling is carried for is 1-2.5 hours.
