NOVELTY - Silicone rubber material comprises 100-110 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone rubber, 100-110 pts. wt. butyl rubber, 8-10 pts. wt. phenol resin, 8-10 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 2-3 pts. wt. stearic acid, 10-12 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate, 10-12 pts. wt. curatives and 0.01-0.02 pts. wt. graphene powder. USE - Silicone rubber material for producing carbon fiber rims (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The silicone rubber material has good thermal conductivity and thermal expansion coefficient and high strength, and provides excellent strength and heat resistance to carbon fiber rims. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing carbon fiber rims, which involves: (A) mixing methyl vinyl silicone rubber, butyl rubber, phenolic resins, zinc oxide, stearic acid and dioctyl phthalate to obtain mixture; (B) adding the mixture with vulcanizing agent and graphene powder for carrying out vulcanization; and (C) molding the vulcanized product at 180 degrees C to obtain the desired product.
