NOVELTY - The ring element graphene oxide film has a reduction graphene oxide film, where a graphene film is laminated on the reduction graphene oxide film. The pores are provided between the reduction graphene oxide film and the graphene film. A metal active material is laminated on a surface, which is exposed in an outer surface and a pore of a co-extruded film. The metal active material is silicone or germanium, where the reduction graphene oxide film and the graphene film are alternated and laminated. USE - Ring element graphene oxide film for an energy storing element (Claimed), such as a sodium secondary battery. ADVANTAGE - The reduction graphene oxide film is provided, where a graphene film is laminated on the reduction graphene oxide film, and hence ensures improving the improves the ion conductivity of a ring element graphene oxide film in an effective manner and improves the electrode capacity, and also improves the mechanical property of the co-extruded film in a reliable manner.
