NOVELTY - Preparing copper wire net-based graphene heating film comprises adding the epoxy resin, curing agent, graphene micro powder, polytetrafluoroethylene micro powder into the kneader, heating and kneading and dispersing uniformly to obtain the dispersed material; (ii) extruding the dispersed material obtained in the step (i) into a sheet by a screw extruder, adhering with the copper wire net while it is hot, and pressing by multiple groups of rollers, making the dispersed material fully fill the mesh of the copper wire net, obtaining the prefabricated heating film; (iii) pre-curing the prefabricated heating film obtained in the step (ii), heating and curing, cooling and coiling.
