▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A carbon-copper sintered composite component (20) comprises a carbonaceous phase (21), and 5-35 area% copper phase (22) comprising copper or its alloy dispersed in the matrix comprising the phase (21). In the cross-section along the pressurizing direction during sintering, the acicular ratio of maximum length of the copper phase to the diagonal width of the copper phase, is 2-5. USE - Carbon-copper sintered composite component used for device with thermal-radiation system. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-copper sintered composite component has excellent strength, and thermal conductivity, and suppressed generation of cracks. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the carbon-copper sintered composite component. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic explanatory view of the carbon-copper sintered composite component.
