▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing soundproof graphene oxide/polystyrene microcellular foam plastic comprises (a) preparing monodisperse polystyrene cross-linked microspheres by dispersion polymerization, then using polystyrene cross-linked microspheres as seeds, and 1,2-dichloroethane as a swelling agent for swelling, and adding azodicarbonamide foaming agent to prepare mixed liquid, (b) dispersing graphene oxide in pyrene formic acid solution, then adding to the mixed liquid, heating, maintaining the temperature constant, then adding styrene monomer and initiator for performing seed emulsion polymerization to prepare core-shell microsphere foaming agent containing graphene oxide, and (c) mixing core-shell microsphere foaming agent with polystyrene resin at high speed and hot-pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing soundproof graphene oxide/polystyrene microcellular foam plastic. ADVANTAGE - The method: reflects the sound waves through the uniformly dispersed graphene, and forms a large number of cells with a small pore size; has good blocking effect on sound waves; improves the blocking property for high-frequency sounds; and can be widely used in the field of sound insulation materials. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for soundproof graphene oxide/polystyrene microcellular foam plastic prepared by the above method.
