NOVELTY - Preparing ternary composite wave-absorbing agent, comprises (i) wrapping conductive polymer on surface of graphene oxide to obtain binary composite body, and (ii) compositing magnetic particles with binary composite body and reducing on binary composite body to obtain ternary composite wave-absorbing agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing ternary composite wave-absorbing agent. ADVANTAGE - The wave-absorbing agent has excellent compatibility to improve absorbing property, and improved wave-absorbing properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for ternary composite wave-absorbing agent, prepared by above mentioned method.
