NOVELTY - Graphite powder foundry coating comprises 80-100 pts. wt. graphite powder, 10-15 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene-coated sodium silicate beads, 12-20 pts. wt. garbage incineration fly ash, 100-150 pts. wt. water, 3-6 pts. wt. gum arabic, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. defoamer, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. surfactant. USE - The graphite powder casting coating is useful for adhering on the casting mold and core, with the function of separating metal liquid, a layer of casting auxiliary material with specific function, preventing casting sand, improving the surface finish of the casting, reinforcing sand surface, shielding or isolating effect. ADVANTAGE - The graphite powder casting coating has good strength, good thermal conductivity, not easy to crack, strong sand resistance, can effectively improve the casting surface precision and improve the quality of the casting, and has good lubricating effect, the compact fluidity of the molding sand is improved, and the air permeability is reduced.
