NOVELTY - Preparing plastic door frame comprises e.g. (i) taking polyvinyl chloride, phenolic resin, polyvinyl alcohol, graphene oxide, nano titanium dioxide, white carbon black, glass beads, nano magnesium hydroxide, high-viscosity attapulgite clay, micro porous calcium carbonate, dibutyl phthalate, anti-aging agent and additives; (ii) taking specific amount of polyvinyl chloride and polyvinyl alcohol, adding into the reaction kettle, heating to 80-90 degrees C, adding specific amount of graphene oxide by stirring to obtain product a1; (iii) mixing product a1, a proportion of phenolic resin, nano titanium dioxide, white carbon black, glass micro beads, micro porous calcium carbonate and dibutyl phthalate, mixing the mixture in an internal mixer, refining, adding specific amount of nano magnesium hydroxide, high viscosity attapulgite clay, additives and anti-aging agent and mixing; and (iv) feeding the mixture a2 into a twin-screw extruder, extruding material, cooling and molding. USE - The method is useful for preparing plastic door frame. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and safe and does not produce pollution; and produces door frame with anti-aging property, good wear, oil and corrosion resistance, high strength and high performance with long shelf life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing plastic door frame comprises (i) taking 80-95 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride, 65-72 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 16-28 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 2-7 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 8-15 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 10-15 pts. wt. white carbon black, 6-13 pts. wt. glass beads, 15-20 pts. wt. nano magnesium hydroxide, 12-18 pts. wt. high-viscosity attapulgite clay, 10-16 pts. wt. micro porous calcium carbonate, 30-38 pts. wt. dibutyl phthalate, 3-8 pts. wt. anti-aging agent and 10-16 pts. wt. additives; (ii) taking specific amount of polyvinyl chloride and polyvinyl alcohol, adding into the reaction kettle, heating to 80-90 degrees C, adding specific amount of graphene oxide by stirring and stirring to react for 2-3 hours to obtain product a1; (iii) mixing product a1, a proportion of phenolic resin, nano titanium dioxide, white carbon black, glass micro beads, micro porous calcium carbonate and dibutyl phthalate, mixing the mixture in an internal mixer, refining for 3-5 minutes, adding specific amount of nano magnesium hydroxide, high viscosity attapulgite clay, additives and anti-aging agent and mixing continuosly for 3-5 minutes to obtain the mixture a2; and (iv) feeding the mixture a2 into a twin-screw extruder, extruding material in a mold, cooling and molding.
