▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Synthetic method for preparing naphthyl modified quaternized chitosan antibacterial agent, involves taking chitosan as a raw material, adding different amounts of 2,3-epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride under poor alkaline environment to obtain quaternized chitosan, adding 1-naphthaldehyde for providing a naphthalene group with π-π interaction, and attaching the graphene by simple soaking. USE - The synthetic method is used for preparing naphthyl modified quaternized chitosan antibacterial agent, which is used for improving bactericidal ability of graphene in an aqueous environment against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. ADVANTAGE - The naphthyl modified quaternized chitosan antibacterial agent prepared by the method solves the problems of sterilization limitation of the graphene in the aqueous phase due to hydrophobicity and problems that chitosan is only dissolved in an acidic solution due to solubility limitation issues. The method is clean, energy-saving and eco-friendly.
