NOVELTY - A supercapacitor electrode preparing method involves preparing graphene oxide solution by utilizing water-solubility of a single layer or multilayer nano-structured graphene. Inorganic nano particles and manganese dioxide nano material are mixed with graphene oxide solution followed by carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a mixed material. The material is mixed onto to a surface of collector material for molding and dried to obtain single layer or multi-layer graphene composite film. A chemical reduction process is performed on the film to obtain finished product. USE - Method for preparing supercapacitor electrode. ADVANTAGE - The prepared electrode has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and mechanical property, and high specific capacitance under the experiment condition and best performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A supercapacitor electrode preparing method involves preparing graphene oxide solution by utilizing water-solubility of a single layer or multilayer nano-structured graphene as raw material to obtain graphene oxide solution, where the concentration of the graphene oxide solution is 10.5-28 mg/ml. Inorganic nano particles, and manganese dioxide nano material are mixed with the graphene oxide solution followed by carrying out ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a mixed material, where mass ratio of the inorganic nanoparticles, the manganese dioxide nanometer material and the graphene respectively is 2-10%, 40-78% and 12-58%. The material is mixed onto to the surface of collector material for molding at normal temperature for more than 48 hours and dried to obtain the single layer or a multi-layer graphene composite film. A chemical reduction process is performed on the film using reducing agent to obtain finished product.
