NOVELTY - Lubricant comprises 10-90 wt.% polyalphaolefin synthetic oil, 5-20 wt.% graphite emulsion, 0.5-10 wt.% molybdenum disulfide, 0.5-55 wt.% butter and 0.001-5 wt.% nano carbon. USE - The lubricant is useful for metal cold processing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The lubricant reduces the friction coefficient in the process of metal cooling processing; can be configured to liquid or paste coated on the metal work piece surface according to the requirement of field working condition; is conducive to the rapid diffusion of heat during processing and ensure that the processing the process is ordered, stable and continuous.The method is simple; easily obtains ingredients and reduces the cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lubricant comprising (a) taking nano carbon, adding into a solution of deionized water and ethanol, ultrasonically dispersing for 4-8 hours, adding into a mixed solution of sulfuric acid, nitric acid and phosphoric acid, stirring, heating to 50-80degrees Celsius for 30-60 minutes, obtaining the mixed solution containing nano-carbon, (b) using a centrifuge to centrifuge the mixed solution containing nano-carbon in step (a), placing the treated nano-carbon in a freeze dryer, freeze-drying for 24-48 hours to obtain nano-carbon powder, (c) taking nano carbon powder and molybdenum disulfide, adding into an ethanol solution, ultrasonically dispersing for 4-8 hours, heating to 50-80degrees Celsius to obtain an ethanol suspension of nano carbon powder and molybdenum disulfide, (d) taking butter, slowly adding to the ethanol suspension of nano carbon powder and molybdenum disulfide obtained in step (c), increasing the speed of grinding and stirring with the increase of butter content and (e) taking graphite emulsion and poly-alpha olefin synthetic oil, slowly adding to the suspension in step (d), completely evaporating ethanol, stopping heating, cooling and stiring for 12-24 hours to obtain lubricant.
