NOVELTY - Preparation of carbon nanotubes-graphene interpenetrating film, involves using acetone, ethanol and water to remove surface oils of template, dissolving graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes in water to obtain a mixture, ultrasonically reacting and carrying out mechanical peeling to obtain viscous homogeneous dispersion of graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes, carrying out homogeneous dispersion of graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes on flat template, drying, soaking in hydroiodic acid solution, washing with water and drying. USE - Preparation of carbon nanotubes-graphene interpenetrating film. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of carbon nanotubes-graphene interpenetrating film by simple and economical process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of carbon nanotubes-graphene interpenetrating film, involves using acetone, ethanol and water to remove surface oils of template, dissolving graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes in water to obtain a mixture, ultrasonically reacting and carrying out mechanical peeling to obtain viscous homogeneous dispersion of graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes, the content of carbon nanotubes is 0-20 %mass of total mass of graphene oxide, carrying out homogeneous dispersion of graphene oxide and carbon nanotubes on flat template and drying at less than or equal to 120 degrees C to obtain carbon nanotubes-graphene interpenetrating film, soaking the carbon nanotubes-graphene interpenetrating film in hydroiodic acid solution, washing with water and drying.
