NOVELTY - Hydrophobic melt-blown cloth with rough surface comprises 45-60 pts. wt. polypropylene slice, 15-20 pts. wt. polybutylene terephthalate slice, 3-5 pts. wt. chlorinated biphenyl, 3-5 pts. wt. molybdenum disulfide, 3-5 pts. wt. inorganic flame retardant, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene particle and 3-5 pts. wt. hydrophobic coating. USE - Used as hydrophobic melt-blown cloth with rough surface. ADVANTAGE - The cloth has high roughness, good hydrophobic effect, and realizes the hydrophobic effect and satisfies the actual use requirement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing hydrophobic melt-blown cloth with rough surface, comprising slicing polypropylene, polybutylene terephthalate slice, chlorinated biphenyl, inorganic flame retardant and molybdenum disulfide and placing in a vacuum oven to dry, blending the dried polypropylene, polybutylene terephthalate slice, chlorinated biphenyl, inorganic flame retardant and molybdenum disulfide in a double-screw extruder, condensing the melt flow in the water tank, granulating in a granulating machine to obtain a modified resin slice, feeding the modified resin slice into the screw extruder, heating to melt, sucking a large amount of room temperature air on both sides of the spinneret, mixing with the hot air stream containing superfine fiber, cooling, melting the ultrafine fiber, cooling and curing, forming melt-blown cloth through the bonding action, completely solidifying the melt-blown cloth, spraying the graphene particles to the top part through graphene spraying device, spraying hydrophobic coating on the top part of the melt-blown cloth after cooling and shaping by the hydrophobic coating spray head, cooling the hydrophobic coating, forming a hydrophobic coating on top part of the polypropylene melt spraying layer, sandwiching the melt-blown cloth between two layers of screens with a mesh number of 300-700 meshes, introducing into the hot rolling mill for hot rolling, taking out the melt-blown cloth after hot rolling from two layers of screen cloth.
