NOVELTY - Method for preparing ferrous carbonate/graphene composite involves (a) preparing suspension using graphene material, water soluble ferrous salt, urea and water, where the graphene material and the water soluble ferrous salt are in mass ratio of 0.02-0.2:1, and urea and water soluble ferrous salt are in mass ratio of 20-100:1, and (b) placing the suspension in a reactor, and carrying out hydrothermal reaction at 100-180 degrees C for 4-12 hours to obtain ferrous carbonate/graphene composite. USE - The method is useful for preparing ferrous carbonate/graphene composite which is useful in lithium-ion battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method makes use of low-temperature hydrothermal ferrous carbonate/graphene anode material, and has high specific capacity, and good circulation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for lithium-ion battery which comprises positive electrode and negative electrode, where the negative electrode material comprises ferrous carbonate/graphene composite, conductive carbon black, and adhesive in mass ratio of 7-8:1-2:1.
