NOVELTY - Highly active tricalcium phosphate comprises 43-61 pts. wt. polystyrene, 5-11 pts. wt. polypyrrolone modified graphene oxide, 8-12 pts. wt. white carbon black, 2-7 pts. wt. nano calcium carbonate, 1.8-2.5 pts. wt. synergistic flame retardant, 3.1-4.2 pts. wt. flame retardant, 2.1-2.8 pts. wt. smoke inhibitor and 1.3-1.8 pts. wt. plasticizer. USE - The tricalcium phosphate is useful in high flame retardant polystyrene resin. ADVANTAGE - The production device is used for drying, and uses filtering device for preliminary filtering of the materials to be dried to ensure the better drying and filtering at the time of drying, discharge the impurities after filtering through the discharge valve inside the filtering device, which does not cause the phenomenon of incomplete filtration in the process, and effectively improves the filtration efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing tricalcium phosphate comprising (i) mixing the above components, heating at 100-120 degrees C, and mixing for 8-12 minutes, (ii) placing the mixed materials in a single-screw extruder for blending, and pelletizing to obtain basic resin, (iii) opening and pulverizing the mixed material, passing into the molding equipment for pre-forming, molding under a pressure of 4-6 MPa, and taking after 15-20 seconds, (iv) adding the sheet to the preheated mold, pressurizing under 6-7 MPa at 140-160 degrees C on a plate vulcanizer for period of time under the pressurized pressure, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the product; and (2) highly active tricalcium phosphate production device.
