NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified aqueous polyurethane composite material comprises e.g. (a) adding graphene oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding modifying agent and potassium carbonate powder, and stirring at room temperature for 16-28 hours, removing potassium carbonate and excess modifying agent by dialysis, adding reducing agent, reacting at 60-100℃ for 12-72 hours to obtain modified mixed solution, filtering to obtain a solid substance, washing the solid substance to neutrality, drying in vacuum at 40-80℃ to obtain modified graphene, and dissolving in water to obtain a modified graphene solution, (b) adding oligomer polyol and catalyst to diisocyanate, reacting for 1-2 hours under ultrasonic treatment at 50℃, heating to 65℃, adding a hydrophilic agent, carrying out the reaction at this temperature for 6-8 hours, adjusting the appropriate viscosity, cooling down to 25-35 ℃. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified aqueous polyurethane composite material, which is useful in coating, adhesive and other applications. Can also be used in ultraviolet resistance antibacterial resin material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene modified aqueous polyurethane composite material, which has improved dispersibility, compatibility, stability, mechanical property, heat conducting performance, water resistance and corrosion resistance, antibacterial property and ultraviolet resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified aqueous polyurethane composite material comprises (a) adding graphene oxide into deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain graphene oxide dispersion, adding modifying agent and potassium carbonate powder, and stirring at room temperature for 16-28 hours, removing potassium carbonate and excess modifying agent by dialysis, adding reducing agent, reacting at 60-100℃ for 12-72 hours to obtain modified mixed solution, filtering to obtain a solid substance, washing the solid substance to neutrality, drying in vacuum at 40-80℃ to obtain modified graphene, and dissolving in water to obtain a modified graphene solution, (b) adding oligomer polyol and catalyst to diisocyanate, reacting for 1-2 hours under ultrasonic treatment at 50℃, heating to 65℃ adding a hydrophilic agent, carrying out the reaction at this temperature for 6-8 hours, adjusting the appropriate viscosity, cooling down to 25-35 ℃, adding neutralizing agent to neutralize for 10-30 minutes, and obtaining water-based polyurethane prepolymer, and (c) adding the modified graphene aqueous solution to the aqueous polyurethane prepolymer, and emulsifying at high speed for 20-40 minutes to obtain a graphene modified water-based polyurethane composite material. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a graphene modified aqueous polyurethane composite material.
