NOVELTY - Modified long-acting photochromic microcapsule comprises core material and wall material, where the core material is photochromic material. The wall material comprises 45-65 pts. wt. polyurethane, 30-50 pts. wt. tetraethyl orthosilicate, 25-45 pts. wt. hybrid silicon dioxide sol, 15-35 pts. wt. modified graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 2-8 pts. wt. emulsifier and 2-6 pts. wt. catalyst. USE - The modified long-acting photochromic microcapsule is used for textile. ADVANTAGE - The modified long-acting photochromic microcapsule improves the friction fastness and water washing fastness of the photochromic microcapsule, prolongs the service life, solves the problem that the photochromic microcapsule and the fabric are combined on the textile by thickening agent and adhesive, resulting in the friction fastness, water washing fastness is not good and photochromic microcapsule is easy to peel off. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the microcapsule comprising dissolving photochromic material in hybrid silicon dioxide sol to form photochromic colloid; adding polyurethane into photochromic colloid, tetraethyl orthosilicate and catalyst, stirring for 20-30 minutes, and finishing in-situ polymerization reaction to obtain micro-capsule solution; pouring micro-capsule solution into shearing emulsifying machine, adding modified graphene, coupling agent and emulsifying agent, and continuously emulsifying for 10-15 minutes to obtain mixed solution; and drying mixed solution in vacuum oven.
