NOVELTY - High-strength epoxy sealing adhesive comprises component A and component B in the weight ratio of (2.5-3.5):1. The component A comprises 70-80 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-25 pts. wt. reinforcing fillers, 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. colored fillers, 0-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersing aids, 0.5-1 pts. wt. defoamer, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. thixotropic agent. The component B comprises polyimide reinforced amine curing agent. USE - The high-strength epoxy sealing adhesive is useful for watertight connectors and in marine environments with water depths greater than 2000m and pressure environments above 20MPa. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive utilizes the excellent mechanical properties and excellent connection properties of polyimide structure to complex it with epoxy resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-strength epoxy sealing adhesive comprising taking all the components of component A, adding the epoxy resin in a dispersion tank, adding colored fillers, dispersing aids, defoamers, and thixotropic agents, and dispersing it evenly at a high speed at a speed of 800-1000 revolutions/minute (rpm), adding reinforcing filler and silane coupling agent to the dispersion tank in sequence, and dispersing at high speed at 1200-1500 rpm until the fineness is below 80 mu m to obtain the first component, mixing component A and component B according to the weight ratio of (2.5-3.5):1, and stirring thoroughly.
