▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electroactive polymer covalently modified graphene material (I) is new. USE - (I) is useful in preparing flexible stretching device for a memory device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device: has non-volatile rewritable storage performance, and maintains stable non-volatile erasable storage performance under outward bending and stretching conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Electroactive polymer covalently modified graphene material of formula (I) is new. m, n = 25-35; and A = thiophene moiety of formula (II). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of (I); (2) preparing flexible stretchable device based on (I), comprising spin-coating 50-60 mu l toluene solution of (I) on polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate covered with indium tin oxide (ITO), and spin-coating the spin-coating machine at 800-1000 revolutions/minute for 10-20 seconds, spin coating at 2000-3000 revolutions/minute for 40-50 seconds, drying spin coating for overnight in a vacuum oven at 80-90 degrees , where the thickness of the spin-coated film is 100-200 nm, in order to prepare a complete sandwich device, depositing 120-200 nm thick, 0.4x 0.4 mm2 Al electrode on the surface of the active layer film by reticle; (3) electroactive polymer i.e. 3,3'-dihexyl-5,5'-dimethyl-2,2'-bithiophene compounds of formula (III); and (4) producing polymer comprising dropping 3-hexylthiophene into a mixed solution of chloroform and anhydrous ferric chloride slowly under nitrogen gas atmosphere, and refluxing the mixture and purifying to obtain polymer.
