▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing antibacterial and corrosion resistant metal orthodontic appliance, involves (a) grinding, polishing, cleaning and drying metal appliance, (b) mixing graphene oxide and nano-silver particles in a mass ratio of 1.25-5:2.5, and ultrasonically preparing a graphene oxide/silver nanoparticles aqueous solution to obtain an electrodeposition solution, (c) adding the pretreated metal appliance into the electrodeposition solution, and adopting constant current electrodeposition at 50-100 degrees C for 1-24 hours with a current density of 30-150 A/m2, and using the metal appliance as an anode and a platinum metal as a cathode, where the distance between the anode and the cathode is 1-10 cm, and (d) taking out the metal appliance after electrodeposition, washing and drying to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing antibacterial and corrosion resistant metal orthodontic appliance (claimed) for preparing dental metal materials. ADVANTAGE - The orthodontic appliance has simple operation, excellent controllability, long-lasting antibacterial activity and corrosion resistance, and is cost-effective.
