NOVELTY - Preparing high-temperature super-silicate lubricating coating on a surface of metal substrate comprises (i) using target metal material, using sand paper and a polishing machine to polish surface, or using sand blasting machine to spray sand on the surface to make the final roughness of the metal surface reach Ra 0.025-0.1, then using alcohol or acetone for ultrasonic cleaning metal material to remove oil stains or impurities, (ii) antimony oxide powder, using cotton-free or non-cotton lens paper by means of rotary extrusion coating the anti-silver oxide powder on the metal substrate surface to obtain an antimony dioxide coating, (iii) using solid lubricating powder, coating the surface of the solid lubrication powder with the antimony oxidation powder to obtain a two-phase mixed solid lubricate coating. USE - The method is useful preparing high-temperature super-silicate lubricating coating on surface of metal substrate, which is useful in aviation industry and advanced energy equipment field. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and feasible. The coating has strong operability, and controls solid lubricating coating in atmosphere, high temperature ultra-low friction in dry or wet environment, and reduces abrasion of the base material.
