NOVELTY - Graphene antibacterial slurry comprises modified oxide graphene, dispersant, stabilizer and deionized water, the mass ratio of the four is 10-15:2-3:0.5-0.7: 100, where the modified oxide graphene is prepared by adding imidazole and acetone into a three-mouth flask, stirring and dissolving, adding anhydrous potassium carbonate, refluxing for 1 hour, under the condition of 70 °C, then gradually adding acetone solution of 3-chloropropionic acid, continuously refluxing for 12 hours, after finishing reaction, cooling to room temperature, filtering to remove the unreacted potassium carbonate, collecting the filter liquid for decompressing and distilling, then using acetone to re-crystallize, finally vacuum drying the product at 65 °C for 5-6 hours, obtaining the modifier; and dissolving the modifier in dimethyl formamide. USE - Graphene antibacterial slurry. ADVANTAGE - The graphene antibacterial slurry provides improving antibacterial effect by adding quaternary ammonium salt of high stability, it has antibacterial safety and durability. The grafted quaternary ammonium and ester group have certain hydrophilic properties, the carbon chains and hetero cycles have certain hydrophobic properties, which can work together with dispersants and stabilizers to improve the uniform and stable dispersion of graphene oxide in the slurry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene antibacterial slurry comprises modified oxide graphene, dispersant, stabilizer and deionized water, the mass ratio of the four is 10-15:2-3:0.5-0.7: 100, where the modified oxide graphene is prepared by adding imidazole and acetone into a three-mouth flask, stirring and dissolving, adding anhydrous potassium carbonate, refluxing for 1 hour, under the condition of 70 °C, then gradually adding acetone solution of 3-chloropropionic acid, continuously refluxing for 12 hours, after finishing reaction, cooling to room temperature, filtering to remove the unreacted potassium carbonate, collecting the filter liquid for decompressing and distilling, then using acetone to re-crystallize, finally vacuum drying the product at 65 °C for 5-6 hours, obtaining the modifier; dissolving the modifier in Dimethyl formamide (DMF), adding 4-Dimethylaminopyridine (DAMP)and stirring to dissolve, keeping the magnetic stirring, putting the system under ice bath condition, slowly adding 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC HCL), then adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution to 5.5, then the whole reaction system stirring and reacting for 2 hours, under the condition of sealing at 25 °C, then slowly adding the graphene dispersion liquid into the mixed solution, adding during stirring, adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution to 7.2, ultrasonically processing for 10 minutes to make it disperse uniformly, at last, continuously stirring and reacting for 24 hours, centrifuging and washing the whole reaction system under the condition of sealing at 25 °C, freezing and drying to obtain the pre-modified oxidized graphene; adding the pre-modified oxidized graphene and trichloromethane into three-mouth flask, ultrasonically dispersing for 10 minutes at room temperature, then adding bromo- butane, raising the temperature to 70 °C, condensing, and refluxing and stirring and reacting for 12 hours at the temperature, after finishing reaction, centrifuging and washing, freezing and drying to obtain the modified oxidized graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing of graphene antibacterial slurry, which involves using dispersing device to disperse the modified oxide graphene dispersing agent and stabilizing agent in the deionized water, the linear speed of dispersing is 5 m/s, dispersing for 100- 120 minutes; and ultra fining the mixture obtained, and performing vacuum defoaming to obtain graphene antibacterial slurry.
