NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-metal composite film involves mixing graphite and a liquid medium, mechanically stripping, obtaining a mixture of graphite and graphene, centrifuging the mixture, collecting a graphene-containing supernatant, optionally drying the graphene-containing supernatant, mixing with a binder, obtaining a mixed solution containing graphene and binder, and coating the mixture on a metal substrate. USE - Preparation of graphene-metal composite film e.g. graphene/aluminum foil composite film (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of graphene-metal composite film having thinner coating thickness of 0.2 mu m and low coating resistance of 2.2x 10-6 Omega .cm.
