▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing horizontal array of graphene nanoribbons involves preparing single-walled carbon nanotube horizontal array on surface of zirconia substrate by using ethanol as raw material and iron nanoparticles as catalyst through chemical vapor deposition method. The iron nano particles are prepared by spin-coating iron chloride solution on surface of zirconium oxide substrate and reducing at high temperature. The temperature of high-temperature reduction is 750-850degrees Celsius for 1-120 minutes. Under conditions that absolute pressure is 0.1-20 pascal and temperature is 1020-1150degrees Celsius, enabled single-walled carbon nanotube horizontal array prepared on surface of zirconia substrate to perform carbothermic reduction reaction at interface, and prepared graphene nanobelt horizontal array. USE - Method for preparing horizontal array of graphene nanoribbons used in electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to have controllable atomic-grade carbon thermal reduction reaction, realizes controllability conversion, solves problem that graphene nano belt horizontal array is difficult to prepare, ensures zirconium oxide crystal stability, and controls the temperature of the ferric oxide high temperature reduction reaction which is good for controlling the grain diameter of the iron nano-particle is 1-5 nm, to ensures single wall carbon nano tube horizontal array composed of single wall graphene nano tube with width of only 3-9 nm.
