▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing oxygen anion emission needle by metallurgy process, comprises (i) mixing graphene, iron, nickel and silver powder to obtain mixed metal powder and adding lubricant and molding agent into the mixed metal powder, and (ii) applying pressure to the mixed metal powder to form needle-shaped pressed blank, then sintering the pressed blank at certain temperature, and carrying out water vapor treatment to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing oxygen anion emission needle by metallurgy process. ADVANTAGE - The needle: is easy to process and shape, and is environmentally friendly; and has excellent conductivity and strength, thus improving service life and emission concentration of anion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for oxygen anion emission needle prepared by above mentioned method.
