NOVELTY - The method involves configuring the graphene dispersion, and performing ultrasonic treatment on the graphene dispersion. The processed graphene dispersion liquid is added to the binder configuration compound solution. The 3D printed flexible garment fabric is coated with the compound solution. The size of the graphene is set as 1 to 5 nm. The graphene dispersion is obtained by mixing and stirring deionized water and graphene, and the mass ratio of graphene and deionized water is 3:200. The adhesive is set as an aqueous polyurethane solution of model F0401. USE - Method for far-infrared functional finishing of three dimensional (3D) printed flexible clothing fabrics. ADVANTAGE - The 3D printed flexible garment fabric after far-infrared finishing has good durability and warmth retention, and the far-infrared emissivity reaches 0.92. The gaps in the research on the functional technology of 3D printing flexible garment fabrics is filled, and a theoretical basis and reference basis for subsequent related research are provided.
