▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene-based aqueous epoxy resin emulsion involves weighing 10-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, 3-5 pts. wt. emulsifier, 35-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 5-10 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 120-150 pts. wt. propylene glycol methyl ether, 20-30 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-2 pts. wt. boron trifluoride and 1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, adding epoxy resin into beaker containing propylene glycol methyl ether, heating in water bath at 60-65 degrees C, stirring under constant speed until a transparent solution is formed, adding emulsifier and polyethylene glycol, stirring for 30 minutes, adding boron trifluoride and modified graphene, cooling to 30-35 degrees C, stirring at constant speed for 10 minutes, reacting at 85 degrees C for 2 hours, cooling to 60 degrees C, dripping deionized water for 1 hour, stirring and reacting at constant speed for 30 minutes, adding leveling agent and mixing. USE - Preparation of graphene-based aqueous epoxy resin emulsion for paint. ADVANTAGE - The prepared emulsion has excellent flame retardance and dispersibility in organic phase and aqueous solvent due to formation of three-dimensional structure, and can transfer heat and volatilize flammable gas volatilization to form carbon layer to protect paint matrix from burning.
