▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene copper layered composite thin film material comprises (i) laying at least two layers of surface-treated copper foil on a support frame and adjacent two layers of copper foil substantially parallel to each other and do not touch each other; (ii) depositing graphene film on the surface of the copper foil using carbon-containing gas; and (iii) carrying out high temperature treatment, so that the copper foil deposited with the deposited graphene is deformed under the action of high temperature and gravity to contact with the underlying copper foil. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene copper layered composite thin film material. ADVANTAGE - The method maximizes the performance of the material and is easy to realize industrialization. The copper foil produces less deformation, is less prone to wrinkles and bends and the layered distribution in the composite material is uniform.
