▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves connecting a conductive silver paste end of a graphene thin film with a non-functionalized graphene needle-point electrochemical electrode through a metal wire. Cobalt nitrate aqueous solution is taken as electrolyte. Electrochemical deposition technique is used for depositing cobalt hydroxide. The deposited cobalt hydroxide is dried and washed by distilled water. The cobalt hydroxide is placed into a muffle furnace for 2-4 hours at 300-500 degrees centigrade. Cobaltosic oxide functional modified needle-point graphene electrochemical is inserted in needle olefinic surface. USE - Method for preparing a needle-point graphene electrochemical electrode. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting a micro-droplet sample without high sensitivity enzyme characteristic detection of glucose and penetration of an active cell into a needle-point electrochemical electrode during metabolic process in real time.
