▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide has a total specific surface area of pores measured by Barrett-Joyner-Halenda (BJH) method of 0.1-99.9% of the total specific surface area measured by Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) method. USE - The reduced graphene oxide is useful in an electrochemical device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The reduced graphene oxide enables movement of electrolyte solution, which is greater than that of graphene prepared by a conventional chemical reduction method, and has improved specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing reduced graphene oxide involving (a) preparing graphene oxide, (b) treating graphene oxide with a basic solution, (c) reducing the treated graphene oxide, (d) activating the reduced graphene oxide, and (e) purifying the prepared graphene.
