NOVELTY - Water treatment reactor is claimed. The water treatment reactor is prepared by mixing four polymers of polylactic acid, chitosan, polyethylene adipate and dibutyl terephthalate through a screw extruder and then compounding with modified graphene oxide to obtain final product. USE - The water treatment reactor is useful for adsorbing chromium ions in water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The water treatment reactor: has excellent stretching and impact performance; excellent chromium ion removal ability; and can remove chromium ions in multiple cycles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing water treatment reactor, comprising (i) placing the polylactic acid and chitosan in a drying oven at 50-65 degrees C for 6-10 hours, cooling them out, mixing them with polyethylene adipate and dibutyl terephthalate, and then adding them to the twin-screw extruder, carrying out melt extrusion in a twin-screw extruder, traction and granulation to obtain blended particles, where the temperature of the twin-screw extruder is 135-160 degrees C and the rotation speed is 160-240 revolutions/minute, (ii) adding the blended particles obtained in the previous step (i) into the single-screw wire extruder, then adding the modified graphene oxide, setting the temperature of the single-spiral wire extruder at 168-176 degrees C, then introducing the extruded linear material into mold, pressing the mold at 178-182 degrees C for 20-28 minutes and cooling it out of the mold to obtain final product.
