NOVELTY - An insole comprises 65-72 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 18-22 pts. wt. liquid polyisoprene rubber, 5-7 pts. wt. methylvinylphenyl silicone rubber, 6-9 pts. wt. graphene, 12-19 pts. wt. Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) color masterbatch, 4-7.2 pts. wt. aluminum silicate fiber tube, 1.5-2.5 pts. wt. foaming agent, 0.9-1.2 pts. wt. micro-regulator, 3-6 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4.2 pts. wt. crosslinking agent and 4-6 pts. wt. zinc stearate. USE - Insole. ADVANTAGE - The insole has low density, ultra-lightness, high rebound rate and durability, moderate hardness, more texture, moisture absorption effect and good air permeability, and is comfortable and not easily deformed when use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the insole comprising feeding ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, liquid polyisoprene rubber, methylvinylphenyl silicone rubber, graphene, EVA color masterbatch, aluminum silicate fiber tube and zinc stearate into internal mixer, mixing at 75-80 degrees C for 10-17 minutes, 93-98 degrees C for 8-14 minutes and 105-112 degrees C for 7-10 minutes respectively, discharging to obtain primary mixture; and putting into open mill, adding foaming agent, micro-regulator, antioxidant and crosslinking agent, milling at 86-92 degrees C for 10-14 minutes, sending hot-press foaming into mold, cooling, molding and cutting.
