NOVELTY - Manufacturing polyimide and graphene complex film comprises carrying out in-situ polymerization by mixing a desired graphene with a solvent, diamine, and dianhydride to obtain a graphene-containing polyamic acid, uniformly coating the polyamic acid on the flat sheet by a coater, then placing in a high temperature oven for imidization to form the desired polyimide, finally taking out the product and peeling off the polyimide film on the sheet to obtain a desired polyimide layer, placing the polyimide layer in the middle, laying an epoxy layer on the upper and lower sides, and calendaring and combining by a calender to obtain a desired material. USE - The method is useful for manufacturing polyimide and graphene complex film. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide film: has high mechanical strength, improves conductivity, and is a novel graphene-doped polyimide film.
