NOVELTY - Nanocomposite battery diaphragm comprises nanofiber materials and two-dimensional nanomaterials that are dissolved by the same organic solvent to form a dispersion, mixed and processed. Where the nanofiber material comprises at least one of aramid nanofiber, cellulose nanofiber, poly-p-phenylene benzobisoxazole nanofibers and bacterial fibers. The two-dimensional nanomaterial comprises at least one of boron nitride, clay, alumina, graphene oxide, metal organic framework material, molybdenum disulfide and hydroxyapatite. USE - The nano-composite battery diaphragm is useful in lithium battery, and also useful in home optical storage system, power supply, battery energy storage, electric automobile charging station and base station. ADVANTAGE - The nano-composite battery diaphragm greatly improves chemical performance and safety performance, has high ion selectivity and strong ion permeability, and promotes lithium-ion conduction, positively affects energy density of the lithium battery, is light in weight, negatively affects coulomb efficiency of lithium-ion battery, prolongs battery cycle life, inhibits generation and growth of lithium dendrites, and effectively improves lithium ion efficiency.
