NOVELTY - Preparation of electromagnetic shielding composite material involves (s1) paving graphene fiber film at bottom of iron mold, (s2) mixing and stirring uncured silicone rubber liquid with chopped carbon fibers at high speed, and placing the mixture in vacuum drying oven for defoaming after uniform mixing, (s3) pouring the chopped carbon fiber/silicone rubber premixed solution in iron mold to pour the solution on the graphene fiber film, and (s4) placing the iron mold in flat vulcanizing machine, and carrying out curing reaction. USE - Preparation of electromagnetic shielding composite material (claimed) used in highly integrated microcircuit electronic devices. ADVANTAGE - The chopped carbon fiber/graphene fiber/silicone rubber composite film is light and soft, has electromagnetic shielding performance with low reflection characteristic, and reduces secondary pollution of electromagnetic radiation while shielding the electromagnetic radiation.
