NOVELTY - Flexible strain sensor, comprises from bottom to top (1) flexible substrate, (2) palladium diselenide film, (3) metal electrode, (4) polymer film encapsulation layer. USE - The sensor is useful in a flexible wearable electronic device for monitoring human health and used in carbon nano-tube (CNT), graphene and a metal nanowires. ADVANTAGE - The sensor is synthesized at low temperature and is compatible with flexible substrates, and the process is simple, is easy to integrate and facilitate large-scale production of highly sensitive flexible strain sensors for human health monitoring.
