NOVELTY - Producing encapsulant, comprises dispersing graphene in ethanol by, preparing first silicone resin and second silicone resin, mixing second silicone resin and graphene dispersed ethanol, separating layer from mixed solution of graphene dispersed ethanol and second silicone resin, removing ethanol from layer separated solution, removing ethanol remain in resin by heating graphene dispersed second silicone resin, mixing first silicone resin and graphene dispersed second silicone resin, applying mixed composition of graphene dispersed silicone resins on light emitting diode. USE - The encapsulant is useful in light-emitting diode (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy. The material maintains high light transmission; and has improved long-term stability, thermal conductivity and stability, moisture and gas barrier properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing encapsulant, comprises (a) dispersing graphene in ethanol by using an ultrasonic wave generator, (b) preparing first silicone resin and second silicone resin, (c) mixing second silicone resin and graphene dispersed ethanol, (d) separating the layer from the mixed solution of graphene dispersed ethanol and second silicone resin by using a centrifugal separator, (e) removing ethanol corresponding to the upper portion from the layers separated solution, and removing ethanol remain in the resin by heating the graphene dispersed second silicone resin corresponding to the lower portion, (f) mixing the first silicone resin and graphene dispersed second silicone resin, and (g) applying mixed composition of graphene dispersed silicone resins on the light emitting diode.
