NOVELTY - Paint film of the aqueous resin anti-corrosive coating comprises graphene-based materials uniformly arranged in the paint film structure to form a graphene layer; and the graphene layer is on the upper part of the paint film structure. USE - Used as paint film of the aqueous resin anti-corrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The resin coating: has good adhesion, good corrosion resistance, good electrical conductivity, and good heat dissipation, etc., and has extremely low volatile organic compound (VOC), is environmentally-friendly coating. The method: has simple preparation and strong controllability, and which is suitable for large-scale industrial production and promotion and use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) aqueous resin anti-corrosive paint comprising 5-15 pts. wt. curing agent, 10-16 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-5 pts. wt. prolonging opening time-aqueous paint auxiliary agent, 0.5-20 pts. wt. dispersant, 1-5 pts. wt. first auxiliary agent, and 10-40 pts. wt. water as first component, and 80-100 pts. wt. aqueous resin, 0.01-5 pts. wt. graphite alkene material, 1-10 pts. wt. cationic dispersant, and 1-10 pts. wt. second auxiliary agent as second component; and (2) preparation of aqueous resin anticorrosive coating comprising firstly mixing part of water, part of curing agent and part of first auxiliary agent, defoaming agent, leveling agent and dispersing agent, and then adding fillers for grinding and mixing to obtain a mixed slurry, the part of the first auxiliary agent includes at least one of defoaming agent, leveling agent, leveling modifier, and wetting agent, the mixed slurry obtained in the above steps, and then adding remaining amount of water, remaining amount of curing agent and remaining amount of first auxiliary agent, mixing to obtain first component, the other part of the first auxiliary agent includes an anti-rust agent and/or a film-forming auxiliary agent, then pre-mixing the cationic dispersant and the second auxiliary agent to obtain the second component.
