NOVELTY - The method involves selecting raw material according to weight percentage. A portion of a long stapled cotton is made into a cotton net by cleaning and carding. The cotton net is utilized to wrap a graphene chinlon to make into a first raw strip by cleaning and carding. A rest long stapled cotton is made into a second raw strip through cleaning and carding. A terylene filament and a spandex are taken as a core yarn. A blended roving of the long stapled cotton graphene chinlon is taken as an outer yarn. A long stapled cotton graphene chinlon packet double-core blended yarn is obtained by a spinning process. USE - Method for preparing long-staple cotton graphene nylon-nylon double-core blended yarn (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The yarn has high single fiber strength of the long stapled cotton and the high strength of the graphene chinlon are together. The produced yarn strength is very high. The yarn can well meet the requirement of high strength of the jean fabric.
