NOVELTY - The garment (10) has a washable fabric whose rear layer (12) is formed with a pant structure and rear waist section (14) and front waist sections (16). A crotch section (18) is fixed intermediate between the rear and front waist sections, where the rear and front waist sections is provided with respective side edges (22) joined to each other. A washable absorbent core (28) is provided with a washable absorbent pad that is fixed with washable ultra-absorbent fiber. A top layer (30) of washable fabric covers the washable absorbent core, where the washable absorbent core comprises functionalizing material (31) that is provided with graphene, graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide. The functionalizing material is embedded in polymers. USE - Washable and reusable absorbent pant-like garment for performing absorption and retention of liquids. Uses include but are not limited to incontinence garments, menstrual garments, training garments and diapers. ADVANTAGE - The garment reduces environmental impact generated by disposing as waste disposable absorbent sanitary articles after use and sustainable and cost-effective alternative to disposable absorbent sanitary articles. The garment realizes that washable absorbent garments can be reusable after washing for a relatively high number of times and improves reusability. The garment ensures mechanical strength, electrical conductivity, and ability to capture particles and bacteria. The garment realizes that graphene provides antibacterial, antimicrobial, fungicidal and antiviral characteristics to the materials.
