▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A preparation of porous flexible graphene nano sheet/polydimethylsiloxane composite material, involves (1) uniformly mixing brown sugar particles and graphene nanosheets, pressing into a shape to obtain a brown sugar particle/graphene nanosheet composite material, (2) after uniformly mixing polydimethylsiloxane and curing agent and performing vacuum de-bubble treatment, adding it to the surface of the brown sugar particles/graphene nanosheet composite material, carrying out negative pressure permeation promotion treatment in a vacuum environment, and then carrying out curing treatment to obtain brown sugar particles/graphene nanosheets/polydimethylsiloxane composite material, and (3) putting the brown sugar particles/graphene nanosheets/polydimethylsiloxane composite material in water for ultrasonic washing, dissolving and removing the brown sugar particles, and then performing drying treatment. USE - Preparation of porous flexible graphene nano sheet/polydimethylsiloxane composite material applied to preparation of strain sensors (claimed) for smart monitoring of flexible wearable devices and aviation components. ADVANTAGE - The strain sensor prepared by using the porous flexible graphene nano sheet/polydimethylsiloxane composite material has higher sensitivity and wider linear strain range.
