▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A biosensor consists of a working electrode, a reference electrode and a counter electrode. The working electrode is obtained by sequentially modifying the surface of the base electrode with silver nanowires, graphene, titanium dioxide/chitosan composite material, and chitosan film, and then immobilizing a mixture of acetylcholinesterase and bovine serum albumin. USE - Biosensor for organophosphorus pesticide detection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The biosensor has excellent sensitivity, specificity, repeatability and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) manufacture of working electrode; and (2) method for detecting organophosphorus pesticide in a sample.
