▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified thermoplastic polyurethane elastic material comprises (i) diluting graphene oxide (GO) solution, filtering and high pressure homogenizing treatment in sequence to obtain GO dispersion, (ii) diluting waterborne polyurethane (WPU) solution to obtain WPU diluted solution, pouring the GO dispersion into WPU diluted solution, filtering and high pressure homogenizing treatment to obtain the GO/WPU dispersion, (iii) demulsifying the GO/WPU dispersion, washing, filtering and drying in sequence, adding GO reducing agent for crushing, mixing and granulating with tungsten based polymer (TPU) grain material after crushing to obtain GO/WPU/TPU masterbatch, and (iv) mixing the GO/WPU/TPU masterbatch, the GO reducing agent and TPU, hot melting and hot pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified thermoplastic polyurethane elastic material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves the skid-proof performance of the TPU, and has good wear-resistance.
