▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nanocellulose/graphene/epoxy resin composite material, comprises (i) dispersing graphene into aqueous solution of nanocellulose nanocrystals, and performing high-speed shear dispersion treatment for 3-10 minutes to obtain nanocellulose nanocrystals/graphene dispersion, (ii) adding nanocellulose fiber slurry to the obtained nanocellulose nanocrystals/graphene dispersion, ultrasonically dispersing for 3-10 minutes at a power of 50-300 W to obtain nanocellulose fiber/nanocellulose nanocrystals/graphene mixed dispersion liquid, and drying to obtain nanocellulose/graphene composite airgel, and (iii) preparing epoxy resin/curing agent glue, infiltrating the nanocellulose/graphene composite airgel using epoxy resin/curing agent glue solution through vacuum infusion process, and curing to obtain the nanocellulose/graphene/epoxy resin composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing nanocellulose/graphene/epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material exhibits excellent thermomechanical properties and high thermal conductivity. The method solves the problem of agglomeration of nanocellulose and graphene; has simple operation process, does not require organic solvents, and is environmentally friendly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nanocellulose/graphene/epoxy resin composite material, obtained by the above method.
