▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A cathode material comprises an acrylonitrile based polymer, sulfur and graphene. USE - As cathode material useful for lithium sulfur battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The present cathode materials have better charge and discharge performances and are less expensive. Compared with prior art, advantages of the present gasket include: graphene is used as a conductive filler in cathode materials; graphene is homogeneously dispersed in cathode materials by in situ reduction of graphite oxide to graphene; and sources of conductive fillers are broadened while the costs of cathode materials are reduced. The combined use of graphene and carbon nanotubes in the inventive cathode material leads to excellent performances, including superior discharge performances at high discharge rates. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the cathode material involving either: dispersing acrylonitrile based polymer (10-30 parts by weight) in water (30-1000 parts by weight); adding graphite oxide (0.1-5 parts by weight); adding sulfur (20-200 parts by weight); and homogenizing the obtained mixture before being heated to a temperature of 200-400 degrees C under an inert atmosphere and kept at temperature for 1-20 hours, so as to obtain a cathode material; or dispersing acrylonitrile based polymer (10-30 parts by weight) in water (30-1000 parts by weight); adding graphite oxide (0.1-5 parts by weight); adding a reducing agent (0.1-10 parts by weight); obtaining a homogeneous mixture of graphene and acrylonitrile based polymer at room temperature to 100 degrees C; adding sulfur (20-200 parts by weight) to the mixture; and homogenizing the thus obtained mixture before being heated to a temperature of 200-400 degrees C under an inert atmosphere and kept at the temperature for 1-20 hours, so as to obtain a cathode material; or dispersing acrylonitrile based polymer (10-30 parts by weight) in water (30-1000 parts by weight); adding graphene (0.1-5 parts by weight); adding sulfur (20-200 parts by weight) to the mixture; and homogenizing the thus obtained mixture of acrylonitrile based polymer/sulfur/graphite oxide before being heated to a temperature of 200-400 degrees C under a inert atmosphere and kept at the temperature for 1-20 hours, so as to obtain a cathode material.
